瑞信升和黃(00013-HK)目標價至105元，為「焦點股」名單

瑞信發表研究報告，重申對和記黃埔的「跑贏大市」的投資評級，為「焦點股」名單，上調目標價由103元升至105元，此反映調高其2011年及2012年每股資產淨值預測各2%及3%。

瑞信指，相信和黃踏入2011年前景持續轉趨正面，將是「甜美」(Sweet)的一年，可受惠於環球經濟的復蘇，估計未來2年盈利的增長可逾20%，決定調高其2011年及2012年每股盈利預測各2%及3%，各至4.81及5.61元，指現價相當預測2011年及2012年市盈率各17.5倍及15倍。

瑞信指，就和黃斥57億元向華潤購香港國際貨櫃碼權益，雖然未透露具體估值，而該行估計，和黃的收購作價約2009年的市盈率15.9倍，優於中遠太平洋(01199-hk)於2005年併購交易約17倍的作價。

里昂指和黃(00013-HK)正轉型至收購模式，目標價104元

里昂發表研究報告，認為和黃由以往出售資產轉型至收購模式，故給予「跑贏大市」評級，目標價104元，以反映2012年預期每股資產淨值為130元折讓20%。

里昂報告指出，和黃斥57億元向華潤購香港國際貨櫃碼頭權益，當中包括10%香港國際貨櫃碼頭及5%鹽田港股份，而該批股份於數年前由華潤集團向華創(0291-HK)以33億元買入，故該行預計和黃2012年每股資產淨值為130元。

該行續指出，預期和黃3G業務將會收支平衡，令公司資金充裕以支付收購計劃，同時公司近日持續收購項目，反映出公司由以往出售模式轉收購模式，故看好公司前景。

因此，里昂預計和黃2010及2011年純利分別為156.5億及194.1億元，每股盈利3.67及4.551元，股本回報率為6.6及7.6%。

法巴發表研究報告，重申對香港交易所的「買入」的投資評級，上調目標價由200.79元升至214.94元，此相當預測市盈率35.7倍，自今年第4季港股每日平均成交增加後，該行上望恆指今年目標32,000點，相信港交所將可受惠港股成交暢旺。

法巴指，市場將重新對港交所重新估值，可受惠香港發展人民幣的離岸業務，料香港於2011年年底人民幣總額或達1.1萬億，此相當香港總存款的30%，未來亦受惠於人民幣計劃的REIT產品的發展，並估計香港於今年首季的新股上市集資額約170億至180億美元(對比2010年第4季為320億美元)。

法巴表示，調高港交所於2011年及2012年每股盈利預測各4.9%及1.5%，各至6.02及7.14元，指現價相當預測2011年及2012年市盈率29.9倍及25.2倍。

摩通上調利豐(00494-HK)評級「增持」，大升目標價48%

摩根大通發表研究報告，調高利豐的投資評級，由「中性」升至「買入」，大升目標價48%，由原來36.5元升至54元，此按綜合方式作

估值，此相當預測2011年市盈率29倍，動態市率1.5倍，料其2011年後未來兩年的盈利複合增長率達29倍，此已考量利豐與Wal-Mart的交易相當每股3元。

摩通稱，利豐近年透過多項收購交易，包括與Wal-Mart的合作，推動公司未來的增長，而該行料其2011年及2012年每股盈利預測分別可升44%及36%，各至1.31及1.78元，此相當預測2011年及2012年市盈率各22.3倍及18.35倍。

摩通指，利豐旗下美國業務持續轉強，可惠客戶Kohl’s 等強勁的同店銷售增長，未自今年第3季通脹持續升溫的環境，料其2011年收入可按年升35%，包括本身自然增長約8%，而Wal-Mart目可規模可擴大至20億美元等。

野村指興業(00480-HK)現價對NAV折讓七成，首予「買入」

野村發表研究報告，指香港興業每股資產淨值現價有七成折讓，因此估值吸引，故首予「買入」評級，目標價8元，以反映預期2012年每股資產淨值為14.46元折讓45%。

野村證券報告指出，現時香港興業市賬率只有0.48倍，加上預期2012年每股資產淨值為14.46元，現價相當於每股資產淨值(NAV)有70%折讓，同時預計派息率達4.7%，故看好未來公司股價。

另一方面，野村認為，雖然興業不是香港主要地產發展商，但足跡包括日本及泰國，而業務由地產以至健康護理服務，未來公司主要催化劑包括愉景灣銷售，以及上海大中里項目等。

因此，野村預期香港興業2010及2011年純利分別為18.41億及7.69億元，每股盈利0.54及0.57元，股本回報率為17.3%及6.5%。

瑞銀：濠賭股收益增長勢頭料延續 看好永利及銀河娛樂

瑞銀發表研究報告，由於澳門於2010年第4季博彩收入可按年升逾50%，對比第3季增長15%，估計12月博彩收入可按年升63%至67%，而而市場近期亦上調濠賭股的收入預測，並相合2010年第4季收益的增長勢頭，可延續至2011年，並相信銀河娛樂旗下「澳門銀河」今年開業。

瑞銀指，在行業中看好銀河娛樂(0027-HK)及永利澳門(1128-HK)，指銀河娛樂將可於今年第2季大為受益於「澳門銀河」項目的開幕，並相信永利的EBITDA可望持續改善。

大摩指兗煤(01171-HK)向兗煤澳洲注資有助加強資本，予「增持」

摩根士丹利發表研究報告，兗煤向兗煤澳洲注資有助加強資本，故續予「增持」評級，目標價27元。

大摩報告指出，兗煤向兗煤澳洲注入59億元(人民幣,下同)資金，當中42億元償還債務，餘額17億元用作收購30%於澳洲Ashton mine股權，另外公司亦會處置51%於Minerva Coal股權，該行估計，是次交易對公司盈利有限，主要由於收購Ashton mine股權相當於增加2%產量，但出售Minerva Coal股權令產量下跌4%。

大摩續指出，兗煤向兗煤澳洲注資有助加強公司資本結構，另外，該行稱，兗煤建立煤化學品合資公司，將會潛在收購陝西煤炭儲量。

因此，摩根士丹利預計兗煤2010及2011年純利分別為72.99億及86.15億元，每股盈利1.48及1.75元，股本回報率為25及24.5%。

瑞信升馬鋼(00323-HK)評級至「跑贏大市」，潛在升幅59%

瑞信發表研究報告，上調馬鋼的投資評級，由「中性」升至「跑贏大市」，及調高目標價由5元升至6.6元，潛在升幅59%，此基於2011年上半年企業價值對EBITDA的4.5倍。

該行指，該股於2010年下半年已跑輸同業及鋼價，料其今年上半年可受惠於基本面改善，及盈利增長的趨勢，而火車輪業務可支持其進一步改善業績。

瑞信指，上調馬鋼於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測各4%、41%及98%，分別至0.24、0.45及0.86元人民幣，以反映鋼價上升，指現價相當預測2011年及2012年市盈率各14.8倍、7.8倍及4.1倍。

瑞信估計，內地未來數月鋼價將持續上升，可成馬鋼未來股價的催化劑，料其2010年至2012年的品平均售價各為每噸3,928、4,270及4,365元人民幣，單位毛利各為297、481及732元人民幣。

瑞信首予中材股份(01893-HK)「跑贏大市」評級，目標價9元

瑞信發表研究報告，首予中材股份「跑贏大市」評級，及目標價9元，此相當預測2011年企業價值對EBITDA的6倍，指可受惠未來產品價上升，倘產品每噸升10%，可提高其盈利約14%，及每股股值1.9元。

瑞信指，中材於2011年的單位毛利，可由2010年每噸的96元人民幣，提高至期內的104元人民幣，因可受惠區域業務的整合，及於西北地區較高毛利業務的貢獻，此由原來66%升至76%，料其2010年至2012年的毛利率各為14%、12%及10%。

瑞信估計，中材股份於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測分別為00.36、0.46及0.49元人民幣，按年升80.5%、25.2%及8.2%，此相當預測2011年及2012年市盈率各11.7倍及10.8倍，亦相2011年及2012年市帳率各1.7倍及1.5倍，而2011年的股本回報率為 15.9%。

法巴升遠洋地產(03377-HK)評級升至「買入」，最壞時刻已過

法巴發表研究報告，調高遠洋地產的投資評級，由原來「持有」升至「買入」，及升目標價由6.2元升至6.3元，此相當每股資產淨值9元折讓30%，相信其最壞時刻已過，因中遠國際(0517-HK)已悉數減持退股，去除過往半年的不明朗因素。

法巴指，遠洋地於明年下半年的銷售持續復蘇，指其截至去年11月中持現金約130億元人民幣，其擴展業務至其他區域，包括長江流域的地區，估計遠洋地產於2011年，北京地區佔其總數入將降至38%，料至2012年降至29%。

法巴稱，同時調高遠洋地產於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測各7.4%、16.5%及36.2%，各至0.38、0.49及0.73元人民幣，指現價相當預測2011年核心市盈率9.1倍。

大摩調低中國龍工(03339-HK)評級至「持有」，目標價5元

摩根士丹利發表研究報告，料中國建築設備於2011年及2012年銷售將各放緩至15%及10%，主要以反映內地收緊的政策，將令流動性減少，或會令行業的潛在需求放緩，主要是基建及房地產類，而該行予行業評級「符合預期」。

大摩指，下調中國龍工的投資評級，由「增持」降至「持有」，但同時上調其目標價由3.4元升至5元，因相信其未來進一步上升的空間有限，但重申對海天國際(1882-HK)的「增持」評級，及上調其目標價由7.2元升至11元。

而大摩估計，中國龍工於2010年及2011年每股盈利預測，由原來各0.29及0.31元人民幣，升至各0.32及0.35元人民幣。

花旗予百麗(01880-HK)「買入」，第四季同店銷售增長強勁

花旗發表研究報告，預期百麗第四季同店銷售增長強勁，故給予「買入」評級，目標價17元，以反映29.9倍2011年預期市盈率。

花旗報告指出，該行分析員與百麗管理層見面，並指出百麗第四季同店銷售強勁，該行估計百麗第四計鞋類產品同店銷售增長15%，同時制造成本亦維持穩定，花旗預計，雖然未來原材料溫和增長，但管理層有信心維持未來12個月毛利率維持最少現有水平。

花旗亦認為，百麗3年的複合年增長率達29.8%，同時公司已經準備收購的機會，而股價自近日調整，認為是吸納的好時機。

因此，花旗預計百麗2010及2011年純利分別為33.52億及42.63億元(人民幣,下同)，每股盈利0.397及0.505元，股本回報率為20.4及22.5%。

匯豐證券納新地(00016-HK)及國美(00493-HK)入亞股「十大」名單

匯豐證券發表研究報告，更新對亞股超級「十大」(Super Ten)名單，新納入新鴻基地產(0016-HK)、國美電器(0493-HK)、怡和(JM SP)，同時剔出思捷環球(0330-HK)及嘉里建設(0683-HK)。

匯豐證券指，看好新地，因其主要銷售香港豪宅項目，於2011年擁豪宅總建築面積約100萬平方呎，並予其目標價171.8元，此相當預測每股資產淨值143.2元有溢價20%，並指其在港擁投資物業組合，可受惠於香港商業房地產項目上升的周期。

匯豐證券稱，新地可受惠於商業物業的租金上升趨勢，並料其2011年及2012年財年的每股核心盈利各為6.64及6.93元，可按年升23%及4%，指相當預測2011年市盈率19.4倍。

該行亦看好國美電器，指其藉重組可提升盈利表現，亦可受惠於內地房屋福利措施鼓勵的需求增長，相信市場將持續重估其估值水平，重申對其「增持」投資評級。

花旗首予理士國際(00842-HK)「買入」評級，上望6元

理士國際保薦人花旗發表研究報告，首予理士國際「買入」的投資評級，及目標價6元，此相當預測2011年市盈率14倍，較內地同業估值平均約27倍折讓45%至50%。

花旗指，理士國際為中國大型的鉛酸蓄電池製造商，在內地市佔率第三大，並相信未來擴展第三世界等新興市場，潛在客戶包括BMW、Jaguar、中國移動 (0941-HK)、中國聯通(0762-HK)及中電信(0728-HK)等，料理士國際於2010年至2012年的盈利複合增長率高達65%，可受益內地電訊設備需求的高增長，及電訊及風電行業對再生能源的需求。

花旗估計，理士國際於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測分別為0.193、0.346及0.488元人民幣，指現價相當預測2011年市盈率10.4倍，及2012年市盈率7.4倍。

花旗：世房(00813-HK)現估值吸引，內房股中首選

花旗發表研究報告，預期世茂房地產估值吸引，並認為是內房股中首選，故重申「買入」評級，目標價20.55元，以反映2011年預期每股資產淨值25.69元折讓20%。

花旗報告指出，世茂房地產2010年合約銷售為305億元(人民幣,下同)，並達至去年訂下全年300億元的目標，該行估計今年世房合約銷售將會較2010年增長20%至360億元，而該公司主席希望今年全年純利增長35至40%。

該行續指出，世房去年平均土地成本購入價為2,368元，並購入770萬平米土地，現公司未有股本集資計劃，並同時持有120億現金，加上世房現價相當於每股資產淨值折讓52.7%，及預期市盈率6.9倍，反映估值吸引，故看好公司前景。

因此，花旗預計世茂房地產2010及2011年純利分別為37.5億及52.36億元，每股盈利1.061及1.483元，股本回報率為15.7及19.7%。
